Within BCSO, there are 4 districts, each controlled by a heads team member (04-07). It is the job of the district lead to ensure members are content and doing their jobs properly in a timely and efficient manner. The district lead may appoint an advisor to assist them in their duties.Â
An advisor or lead who shows an incapability or lack of willingness to complete their duties may result in disciplinary action and/or removal from the position.

Hosts regular meetings with the supervisory team, implements changes to the supervisor manual, handles punishment appeals, assists in the performance of supervisory duties, and mentors future command members.

Chooses new division leads, ensures activity to all divisions, troubleshoots issues with division leads, communicates about new ideas and policies, and approves or denies certain policies division leads wish to push out (within reason).

Advisor: Lukas Venev
Works in tune with academy leadership, makes policy changes, assists in evaluating mentors and instructors, ensures trainings are being properly executed and ridealongs are being performed, performs trainings and ridealongs themselves, may demote/remove members in the FTA Academy (within reason).

Active on duty, sets up in-game events for the department, may change patrolling policies for deputies, and may change the uniform/vehicle structure for the main department (within reason).
