Firstly, an individual needs to complete the BCSO application form, found in New-tickets → LEO/EMS/DOJ → Department Application → BCSO. A supervisor (SGT+) needs to accept the application and note down the necessary information required.
Before the Cadet Training it is expected that the Trainee knows basic knowledge about law enforcement.
If a training gets announced in Training-Announcements and if the Cadet is able to attend he must react to it.
The training will cover basic information on how we handle thing also known as a classroom portion. Then it will move onto a quiz portion of the training. Once completed and has achieved 80% or higher.
Then will be moved to a small in game portion that includes a 10-80, 10-70, Barricaded suspect just to teach how it is done. As well as anything else that the Cadet wants to learn in game.
Once the Cadet / Trainee has passed the training he will be required to set up his new Probationary Uniform and Vehicle while the Instructor gives him a new callsign. Once done so he will move onto the probationary phase where he will learn how to handle stuff practically and not just in a classroom.
