Cadet Pathway

Application Process

Applications are submitted through:

• New Tickets → LEO/EMS/DOJ → Department Application → BCSO

• Applications are reviewed and approved by a Supervisor (Corporal+).

Cadet Training

• Cadets are expected to arrive with basic law enforcement knowledge.

• Training announcements are posted in Training-Announcements.

• Cadets must react to confirm attendance.

Training includes:

• 1. Classroom instruction

• 2. In-game practical scenarios (vehicle pursuit, foot chase, barricaded suspect, etc.)

Transition to Probationary Deputy

Upon passing training, Cadets are issued

• A probationary uniform

• A probationary vehicle

• A new call sign

The Cadet then enters the probationary phase.
