The Division District Lead oversees all of the department's subdivisions. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring the performance of leads & co-leads.
Submitting developer requests for subdivisions.
Keeping embeds in subdivision info channels up to date.
Manages document access for the division district advisor.
Rank Requirement: Major or Colonel
The Division District Advisor assists the Division District Lead. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate the selection of new division leads.
Acts in the stead of a division lead in the interim.
Assists in the management of joint division operations. (i.e. Search & Rescue, Game Warden, Vice K9)
Manages document access for subdivision leads.
Rank Requirement: Lieutenant or Captain
Subdivision leads ensure the smooth operation of a subdivision. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing subdivision documents, including rosters, operating procedures, training guides, and more.
Refines & updates subdivision policies to fit the needs of the subdivision.
Monitors subdivision activity and coordinates with the co-lead to promote activations.
Hosts applications for subdivision co-leads.
Rank Requirement: Lance Corporal+
[For SRT]: Lieutenant+
Subdivision co-leads are the front line in managing subdivision certification holders. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing subdivision supervisors by monitoring activity and hosting applications.
Ensures the subdivision roster is maintained and up to date.
Assists the lead in monitoring subdivision activity and promoting activations.
Assists the lead in implementing new policies for the betterment of the subdivision.
Rank Requirement: Senior Deputy+
[For SRT]: Master Sergeant+
Subdivision supervisors, of which there are 5, help the lead & co-lead of their subdivision to manage the subdivision & its certification holders. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
Answers questions regarding relevant subdivision policies.
Monitors certification holders to ensure subdivision policies are being upheld.
Monitors overall subdivision activity and promotes activations.
Maintains the subdivision roster, ensuring it is up to date.
[For SRT] May lead one of the sub-certifications. (i.e. Marksman, Tac Med, Rapid Response Unit, Ghost, etc.)
Subdivision-certified deputies are the standard units who train for and keep the subdivision active. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
Activate and utilize subdivisions.
Give insight as to how subdivisions may improve via suggestions.
