While there is a separation between the SADRP rules and the BCSO rules, we must adhere to both. We at BCSO will not safeguard members who fail to value server rules.
If members fail to follow server rules, we will assume that a member can/will do the same with our BCSO policies. Members who receive multiple in-game punishments may be terminated from BCSO without warning. This will be handled by any command staff member who is also a part of the SADRP moderation team. This mandate applies to every member within BCSO.
Any deputy who is banned for longer than 5 days (excluding bans from Fini AC) will be terminated.
Any deputy who receives 3 or more kicks in a month will be terminated.
Finally, any deputy who receives 5 or more documented moderation warnings in a month will be terminated.
If you can provide proof of a successful appeal, then you will not be terminated. However, failure to provide proof will result in termination.
Termination tickets opened by department command staff will not be an investigation. It is not our job to investigate server rules/violations. It will be a simple termination ticket. You will not be asked to give your side of whatever altercation took place. Once a ticket like this opens, simply place your transcript of your appeal (if you have one), and it will be deliberated upon.
The BCSO Sheriff reserves the right to terminate members for any reason after a SADRP rule violation.
